Pre Gym shake #Simplicity

  
Made a jar of Maltodextrin and Dextrose mixed together, 24 50g scoops in total. Just 2 scoops with a bit of water and any flavour cordial 15 minutes before the gym! Speeds up the week of prep! One jar makes one month. 

For post gym it is also 2 scoops and 1 scoop of protein, and I keep this in my gym locker.
